*CALL FOR ARTISTS*
Town of East Spencer is inviting artists to apply to complete a "Welcome to East Spencer" mural as the Town prepares for their 125-year celebration. The project includes a $2,750 stipend for the selected artist(s).
The Town of East Spencer is requesting concepts for a 4’ x 8’ “Welcome to East Spencer” mural that reflects East Spencer’s beauty, history, and the town’s positive growth.
The Selected Artist will be notified on June 10th, and the project must be completed by June 29th, 2026.
