As some may know The Grand Aparment suffered a 4 Alarm Fire over the weekend. Lives were impacted and are currently suffering. As Kiddie Land Kindergarten we are an establishment that understand importance of family and as a community we must stick together for all children and their family; whether they attend Kiddie Land or not. All Children must be and should be Loved Away From Home. With that stated, Kiddie Land has adopted a family during this time where they need the Community's Support. What this family need during this time:
1. 12 month old clothes
2. 10 year old: size 10/12
3. 13 years old: size medium in women
4. 18 years old: size 2X in women
5. Mom size: 2X in women
6. Dad size: 2X in men

In addition, If you are able. Please write a letter to a member/members of the family to encourage them.

Kiddie Land Kindergarten would like to begin the month by acknowledging June's Teacher of the Month! Mrs. Kim Smith has been a part of the program for over 35 years. Her love for caring and creative way of educating children doesn't go unnoticed. Mrs. Kim Smith is the Lead Teacher of our "Three Year Old "B" Classroom." With that mention, her teaching skills is impeccable as she teaches basic skills so that children are prepared for BIG SCHOOL (Elementary School) and taught important skills to navigate everyday challenges, such as making good choices. Mrs. Kim Smith has taught alongside Kiddie Land's Greatest, such as Ms. Forney, and provided her leadership skills as the Assistant Director with the late Rosa Wood and late Linda Peterson. Kiddie Land Kindergarten is so blessed to have her a part of the program. Join us in congratulating Mrs. Kim Smith for the "TEACHER OF THE MONTH!"
