In Montessori, “care of the environment” is about much more than simply “cleaning up your toys.” It is teaching children to respect and care for their entire surroundings with intentionality, responsibility, and pride. From sweeping a spill to washing leaves, children learn that every part of their environment holds value and deserves care.

Instead of unlimited options, we offer purposeful choices like “Would you like the pink shirt or the green shirt?”, building independence without overwhelming the child.

Summer Camps | yadkinpathmontessori Summer camp at Yadkin Path offers an abundance of fresh air and sunshine on 9 acres of meadows, woods, and gardens.  Children have daily opportunities to participate in the growing, harvesting, and preparing of garden produce.
