We are a parent cooperative nonprofit preschool located in Salt Lake City. The classrooms are well-lit and offer plenty of room for individual and group play.
CCNS is located on the eastern side of the First Unitarian Church on 1300 East in Salt Lake City. While CCNS facilities are shared with the First Unitarian Church’s Religious Education Program, the school’s curriculum does not include any specific religious education. The Church believes in utilizing its facilities for benefit of the community and offers CCNS very low rent so that tuition can rema
in low and the school can appeal to a more diverse population. The school uses two large classrooms, each with an art area, large play area, and snack area. The school also has two “preschool-sized” bathrooms for our use. In addition, the school is able to utilize the church’s Little Chapel as a stage for dramatic play. Outside, the preschool play-yard is equipped with junior sized basketball net, full commercial playground with tire swing and slides, a large bike path, large sand play area, and great winter sledding hill.
