ECMO use is rapidly expanding. Our purpose is to provide healthcare professionals with a system

A gap exists between centers that are developing ECMO programs, and centers that have experienced the benefits of having well-developed ECMO programs in place.

We are fortunate to have our Director of Education and Training, Bradford teaching today’s class! After online didactics we bring our trainees in for a comprehensive review & wet lab training using high fidelity simulations. This helps our students excel as ECMO specialists as we bring real life cases that we see on our ECMO units into our training scenarios.

Welcome to the Institute!!

As the utilization of ECMO has rapidly expanded over the last few years, our ECMO course was developed to improve the understanding of core concepts of ECMO to better care for our critically ill patients.

Our goal is to educate health care professionals to help them optimize the use of such limited resource including nurses, respiratory therapists, perfusionists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and physicians.

Here at this Institute, our services go beyond education and training, they also include transport services, research, and innovation. Follow along to receive the latest updates in our ECMO land.
