We have missed you all and every cheesy adventure we’ve missed out on.

Just a little life update.

Priscilla has been on a new career journey with HEB! That’s right, she traded in her education cap for a Partner hat. Her leadership journey has taken her to places she’s never seen before and brought so many amazing people into her life. You can catch her, for a little while longer, at the Blanco and 1604 HEB. The cheese shop Partners know exactly what they are doing and can offer some great ideas for your upcoming charcuterie needs.

Kippa headed back home to Petersburg, Texas! That’s right, our girl was just on loan from West Texas. Kippa is enjoying being back home surrounded by family and friends who have missed her greatly. Kippa will continue her educational career as Petersburg ISD’s newest dyslexia specialist. If you’re lucky enough to find yourself in those parts, remind her just how much her homemade bread and raspberry jam are missed back here in San Antonio.

As we continue to navigate all the changes and our new places, we ask for prayers and well wishes.

Charcuterie2gogo’s story isn’t over, it’s just on pause awaiting its next chapter. Until then, we thank you for all the memories, weddings, caterings, and boxes of blessings you allowed us to bring into your life. We hold them close to our hearts.

On this International Women’s Day we want to highlight our very own Salena S. Guipzot, Wine Director & Owner of Casa Guipzot. It was Salena’s natural sense of curiosity and adventure that led her to tasting her very first Mexican wine in Cuatrociénegas, Coahuila, Mexico, which ultimately led to the opening of Casa Guipzot in September 2022. Becoming the first all Mexican wine shop + tasting room in the country.

After years of working in the financial sector, along with her weekends spent n the Dundee Hills of Portland, Oregon is where she gained her working wine knowledge.

Coupled with her lived experiences and desire to educate and proudly represent the Mexican culture through wine for all to enjoy is Salena’s ultimate goal. 🍷🇲🇽

Last year, Salena partnered with Palo Alto College to help bring more women and raza into the wine industry. Since serving on their Enology & Viticultural advisory committee, she has been able to bring the Mexican wine market to the forefront of the students’ learning experience.

Additionally, Salena is the founder and President of the , a local non-profit that works to develop future board leaders, one girl/woman at a time. 💜

Checking out Casa Guipzot today! As always, our schedules have been extremely busy and we know it’s been difficult to get ahold of us. Thank you for your constant patience with us and we navigate new waters.
