Sunday’s are made for testing out new gadgets and recipes. This dish was swimming around in my head and it’s inspired by my Nana. She use to serve cream of mushrooms over toast for Sunday breakfast. I decided to do a savory waffle with cheese, cream of mushroom sauce and a fried egg on top. Needless to say I need a nap 😴. It was so delicious.
