The Institute of Allied Healthcare is currently seeking a Part-Time Medical Assistant to assist the Medical Assistant instructor.

Requirements:

Pass a Criminal Background Check
Possess a current state issued Drivers License
Be authorized to work in the U.S
Efficient in Microsoft applications
High school Diploma or GED required
Successful completion of English Composition Course preferred
Must have flexibility for scheduling Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Job Description:
The Institute of Allied Healthcare is currently seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team.

The Office Assistant position includes but is not limited to the following duties:
Answer phones
Scan/print documents
Run errands for office
Direct student traffic
Schedule enrollment appointments
Review student resumes
Assist with contacting future externship sites

Requirements:

Pass a Criminal Background Check
Possess a current state issued Drivers License
Be authorized to work in the U.S
Efficient in Microsoft applications
High school Diploma or GED required
Successful completion of English Composition Course preferred
Must have flexibility for scheduling Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
