What a day! At Calvary Hope today, our PP2 (Kindergarten) students had a big celebration...they graduated to Grade 1! Parents, Guardians, Teachers, and upper grade Students all celebrated these children! Pastor Henry gave the message of Deuteronomy 6:6-9. There was cheering and song and prayers; there was delicious food and even sodas to drink! What a day of blessing!
Keep praying for these children. Pray they grow up and give their lives to serve Jesus and shine His light.
Thank you Lord for each of these children. What a blessing to be part of their lives!

Sitting tall at our Kitchen serving counter, Precious is tasting the goodness of the food cooked by her mama's hands. Her mama is serving her and all 330 kids at Calvary Hope.
We are very grateful for these blessings God gives through others serving Him.

This morning, the start of the month of April, Pastor Henry, our Teachers, and 300 plus of our students met together to praise His Holy name and thank Him for His goodness and His unfailing love.
Praise Him with us...God is good. His mercies are new each morning, Great is His faithfulness to all generations!

Big things are happening at Calvary Hope! The next floor, which has been prayed for and supported in faith, is almost finished. I am always in awe of how the workers/fundis creatively, ingeniously, and resourcefully build and construct!
These rooms will be filled with students. They'll have the opportunity to learn Home Sciences--practical skills like cooking using a jiko, sewing, washing clothes....The know-how to do things that can keep them healthy AND can be used in their future as jobs!
Calvary Hope is not raising students---they are raising them to be Adults that are capable and can see themselves planning ahead for their future. Not sitting back letting the future just happen. And, Calvary Hope helps them realize they are made on purpose with a purpose!
