🧸This original song by Hogg Shedd tells the highly questionable tale of what may or may not have happened after somebody took a gummy at a music event, and honestly? The energy of this piece is less “refined stage goddess” and more “well…this escalated quickly.”

‼️Which is exactly why Victoria is leaning into it.

💃🏻This choreography is fast, weird, playful, musical, and intentionally a little unhinged in the best possible way.

Suzanne will be shaping her distinctive movement style — influenced by multiple dance forms over decades of study — into this beautiful melody inspired by Darat al Ayam by Oum Kalthoum.

And because the piece sits in a waltz rhythm, there’s a softness and circularity to the movement that feels completely different from the sharper textures many dancers are used to.
