ns help students maximize and realize their potential in the classroom, in competition and after they leave the playing fields. Every dollar received is used to enhance student development—in academics, athletics and life skills. Many of our student-athletes would not be able to attend UTSA without the generous scholarship support they receive—which is only made possible by donors who give to the RAF each year. Not only do scholarship monies assist with tuition and books, but fully-funded scholarships also provide on-campus housing, nutritional meals and tutoring support. More than $5 million in scholarships are awarded to UTSA student-athletes each year. Every dollar is directly reinvested in the lives of the most precious resource in the UTSA Athletics Department—the student-athlete.
