Understanding that academics isn’t everything, we established ACM at UTSA with one thing in mind. We wanted to offer our members a network that could extend beyond their careers. We wanted an organization that produced real change in the community and an association that connected our ACM family with the world. Participating in hackathons, mentoring future students, and hosting tech talks are only the beginning to our legacy. Our mission is to excel academically, professionally, and socially.

As we look back on September, we just wanted to say thank you! All of y’all really showed out for our first batch of meetings this year and it was amazing. We saw a recording breaking 205 students in attendance for our Open House, and y’all didn’t hide the love from our suborgs this month either. Here’s to the rest of the year 🫶🏽🫶🏽💻

ACM x Epic x RoundNet Spikeball Tournament
Hey Everyone!! I hope you have all had an amazing week, and good luck to those of you that may have any upcoming exams in this coming week - I know I have a lot! I just wanted to let you all know that there will be a spikeball tournament hosted by Epic Movement, Roundnet, and ACM NEXT WEEK (THERE WILL BE PRIZES!!!)
How will this work?
- There will be two different divisions: beginner and advanced. If you have never played before, then no worries, there will be a chance to play against other beginners!
- There will be teams of 2!! You will be able to signup with a partner if you have one, and if you don't have one, then you will be assigned a random partner - SO DON'T WORRY IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANYONE TO BRING!
- On Wednesday, the day of the event, people who signed up will be put into brackets and play against different teams! If you are not already signed up, then you are able to come in late and begin playing then; however, you are guaranteed to participate if you signup prior to Wednesday, so I highly suggest signing up ASAP!

BEGINNER TRACK: Spikeball sets!!
