Friday night’s Glow Party was AMAZING! ✨🌟

Our Cougar Cub families truly showed OUT, and we could not have asked for a better way to close out the 2025/2026 school year. From the music and glowing lights to the laughter and smiles, it was the perfect final event of the year! 💚💛

Thank you to every family, student, volunteer, teacher, and staff member who supported our PTO and joined us throughout the year. Your support, time, and school spirit helped make this year unforgettable.

We are so thankful for this incredible community and can’t wait to see what next year brings.

This week, we had the honor of celebrating our amazing teachers like the stars they truly are! ⭐️💚💛

While we appreciate everything they do each and every day, Teacher Appreciation Week gave us the chance to spoil them a little extra and show just how thankful we are for their dedication, patience, love, and endless support for our Cougar Cubs.

From treats and surprises to special moments throughout the week, we hope our staff felt just how valued and appreciated they are. Thank you for all you do to make Fort Sam Houston Elementary such a special place for our students to learn and grow!

We are excited to share that Fort Sam Houston ISD will be hosting Camp Invention: Spark this summer!
This is a fun, hands-on STEM camp where students will explore creativity, problem-solving, and innovation through engaging activities.
Camp Details:
Location: 4351 Nursery Rd, San Antonio, TX 78234
Dates: July 6–9, 2026
Time: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Grade Levels: Students entering grades 3–5
Cost:
This program is FREE for eligible families! Camp Invention is supported by scholarship funds provided by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) STEM and the Defense STEM Education Consortium (DSEC).
To qualify, students must be children or dependents of Active Duty Armed Forces members, Veterans, National Guard members, or Reservists.
Important Information:
Students must attend all four days of the program
Transportation will not be provided
This is an amazing opportunity for students to learn, create, and have fun in a hands-on STEM environment!
