Today, the FDA approved the targeted therapy datopotamab deruxtecan-dlnk for adult patients with unresectable or metastatic TNBC who are not candidates for certain immune checkpoint inhibitors. The approval was based on data from the TROPION-Breast02 study, which was presented at , and Sara Tolaney discussed how this treatment might impact the therapeutic landscape for metastatic TNBC in an Educational Session at the Symposium.
