Q: I'm now a notary, am I able to notarize loan docs?

A: As a notary, there is no law against you doing loan docs. However, a lot of the big companies out there prefer to work with notaries who are also certified. Because of this, we offer a Loan Signing Certification course. It will walk you through popular loan docs as well as help with marketing tips. You have the option of taking our Home Study Course or our 8 hour in person seminar. Both options already include the cost of your exam and certificate! It's a great class and you'll be sure to learn great new information.

Q: Where on your website can we check our exam results?

A: The notary exam is administered by the state appointed proctors (CPS), because of this, we don't get notified of results. If you disclosed your email to CPS in your Notary application, they will email you the results when they're ready (usually 15 business days). Feel free to visit CPS's website at http://www.cps.ca.gov/exams/notary/info.html

CPS HR Consulting - Public Sector HR Consulting Frequency of Testing:Candidates can test ONLY once per calendar month. If the exam is taken more than once in a calendar month, the second score will be invalid and any fees paid will be forfeited.

Q: I got my commission, when do I get the seal I purchased in class?

A: If you purchased your seal in class you should have received an envelope with our address and a little card inside. Please fill out this card with your shipping information and mail it back in the envelope along with your ORIGINAL Certificate of Authorization to Manufacture Seals. Once we receive that, it takes 5-7 business days for us to make and send your seal back to you.

If you don't have or missplaced your envelope/card, please send a proof of purchase and shipping address along with your Certificate.
