What To Focus on NOW? π―
HEALTH, JOY, PEACE, LOVE & LAUGHTER!
As you may know, Iβve taught Self Care & Mindfulness for about 20 years. The simplest & most effective ways to strengthen our immune system are:
1. Positive Mindset - focus on Health and Love for self & all affected.
2. Back to basics: eat healthy food, sleep well, drink plenty of water, smoke/drink less, exercise and stretch regularly.
3. Relax and reduce stress (yawning is the best way to relax fast).
4. Deep breathing. Try breathe in love & peace through our nose, all the way into our base/perineum; and breathe out from your mouth sighing or with the sound of Ah (its vibration dissolves contractions in our body) letting go of any stress & anxiety.
5. Be out in the sun for a few minutes a day, having direct contact with nature.
6. Laugh as often as we can! π€£
Btw yawning & laughing are contagious for very good reasons!
Itβs easy to feel anxious & fearful from the media frenzy about the coronavirus. Remember to regularly take a moment to become present, scan our body from head to toe: we may notice tight shoulders, a pressure on our chest or a knot in our stomach etc. Take a few deep breaths and relax and soften into where the tension is.
Invite the presence of our Higher Self/God/Source and really FEEL IT. Well, the invitation is actually for us to pay attention because they are in fact all ways with us. π
This is a perfect opportunity for us all to take some time out of our daily routine to focus on Self Care and Love.
