Last June 10, 2026, the OJT Connect team met with the Director for External Affairs of Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU) to share the company’s journey, milestones, and vision for transforming internship and career development through technology and global opportunities.

During the discussion, EVSU recognized the need to move beyond traditional internship frameworks and embrace innovative approaches that better prepare students for a globally connected workforce. OJT Connect’s model of connecting students with international companies through remote work experiences was highlighted as a timely and impactful solution.

A key highlight of the meeting was OJT Connect’s upcoming internship management platform, which was recognized as a valuable tool for modernizing and streamlining internship processes across institutions.

Recognizing the platform’s potential, the Director expressed interest in introducing OJT Connect to EVSU’s academic board and facilitating a formal presentation to the university’s top management.

As conversations continue, both parties look forward to exploring opportunities that will empower students, modernize internship systems, and expand access to global career opportunities.

Last June 5, 2026, the OJT Connect team met with the Dean of the College of Computer Studies at Angeles University Foundation (AUF) to explore opportunities for collaboration in advancing student internship and career development programs.

The discussion revealed a strong alignment of visions, particularly in preparing students for opportunities beyond traditional local internships. Through OJT Connect’s international internship ecosystem, AUF students can gain valuable remote work experience with global companies while developing skills needed for today’s evolving workforce.

The meeting also highlighted the immense potential of AUF’s specialized STEM and technology programs. For employers within OJT Connect’s network, this partnership opens access to a strong pipeline of highly capable student talent ready to contribute in global work environments.

AUF highly commended OJT Connect’s commitment to talent development through capacity-building initiatives, industry exposure, and access to US-based guest speakers who provide students with firsthand insights into international workplace expectations.

As discussions continue, both parties look forward to building a partnership that empowers students, strengthens industry-academe collaboration, and creates new pathways for Filipino tech talent to thrive globally.
