Summer refresh is here, and somehow we packed even more into it. Yoga is back every Sunday. The Developmental Playgoeup series is starting up again and it’s now hosted on Wednesdays.

Leah Keller Leah Keller’s 4-part Core and Pelvic Floor Strengthening series kicks off Tuesday.

We are hosting a film screening with MADDY and on Wednesday and Family Happy Hour is on Thursday. You won’t want to miss it.

Turns out growing a human takes a bit of a toll—who knew? Leah Keller of Every Mother and The Dia Method is coming to Outer Village to lead a 4-part series on strengthening your core and pelvic floor post- childbirth.

Developmental Playgroup is on pause for the week. No worries, the studio will be open for you to continue to develop and play.
