🧠✨ Thrive Thursday
Did you know emotional intelligence (EQ) is one of the biggest predictors of success in life? 💡
It’s not about being the smartest person in the room. It’s about understanding your feelings 😌, managing big emotions 🎢, communicating respectfully 🗣️, and making healthy choices—even when life gets challenging.
For teens and middle schoolers, emotional intelligence helps with: 💙 Friendships 💙 Confidence 💙 Handling stress 💙 Resolving conflicts 💙 Making better decisions 💙 Becoming a stronger leader
Every time a young person pauses before reacting, expresses their feelings in a healthy way, or shows empathy to someone else, they’re building a skill that will serve them for life. 🌱🌟
At Thrive Alliance, we’re helping youth grow from surviving to thriving—one life skill at a time. 🦋💚

5 things women in our Glow and Grow circle discover about themselves:
1. The people-pleasing was never kindness. It was fear wearing a smile.
2. Rest is not laziness. It is part of the healing.
3. You have been strong for so long you forgot you are allowed to need support.
4. Your boundaries are not walls. They are the door to the right relationships.
5. You are not too much. You have just been in spaces too small for you.
This is the work we do together. And it changes everything.
DM me GLOW to learn more about our women's circle.
In love and gratitude,
Michelle

5 things I want every teen to know before they leave my program:
1. Your emotions are not a problem to fix. They are information.
2. Setting a boundary is not mean. It is self-respect in action.
3. You do not have to earn your worth. You already have it.
4. Leadership does not mean being the loudest. It means showing up authentically.
5. Healing is not linear. Neither is growth. And that is okay.
These are not just lessons. They are tools for life.
If you know a teen who needs to hear this, share this post or DM me FUTURE YOU to learn about our Meet the Future You program.
In love and gratitude,
Michelle

🎭 Truth Tuesday 🎭
The hardest mask to take off is the one you created to survive.
The people-pleasing. The “I’m fine.” The overgiving. The shrinking.
Healing begins the moment you stop performing and start honoring who you really are. 💚✨
Your authentic self was never too much.
It was just buried under survival mode.
Today’s reminder:
You do not have to abandon yourself to belong. 🌱🦋
🦋Meditation Monday🦋
Gratitude changes the frequency of your entire day. 🌿✨
Before the emails, the stress, the rushing… there is breath. There is intention. There is presence. 💫
Today’s Monday Meditation is a gentle reminder that what we focus on expands. When we ground ourselves in gratitude, kindness, and love without expectation, we soften the nervous system and reconnect to who we truly are. 🤍
You can always return to your breath. You can always begin again. 🌎🫶
