We treat our students and guests to a cornucopia of education and tasting events, both structured and informal. We provide some of the most delicious cheese platters in the Bay Area. We love putting together unique ideas to serve cheese including beautiful cheese wheel cakes. We are lucky to work with some of the most knowledgable instructors in the cheese industry who offer guided tastings for foodies and cheese fans. On the professional side, we offer a unique Three-Day intensive Cheese Education Program perfect for future cheesemongers, chefs, food industry professionals, and serious cheese enthusiasts. Through it all, we love creating beautiful experiences around cheese at our location and offsite at offices, events, and even museums.
