We rejoice in our sufferings not because we’re happy to be suffering, but because we know God has an even brighter plan beyond our understanding.
This is a topic I’ve covered before, but it’s one that always hits home for me and I hope it means something to someone out there.
The challenge isn’t the end of your story. It’s part of your preparation. So stay strong when the struggles are near. Keep your faith. Trust the process. Take the next step.
Rejoice. Build Endurance. Character. Hope. 🏃♂️✝️ Love ya’ll Fit Fam 🙌🏽😌

The truth is, life gives all of us something to carry. Stress. Anxiety. Loss. Uncertainty. The question isn’t whether you’ll face hardship, it’s what you’ll do with it 🔥
For me, I run. I train. I pray. I uplift others 🤟🏽
Not because it makes the problems disappear, but because it reminds me that I can keep moving forward even when things get heavy. Every mile teaches me resilience. Every workout reminds me that growth requires effort.
Especially for Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month. I want to remind my guys out there that strength isn’t pretending everything is okay. Strength is being honest about what you’re carrying and finding healthy ways to work through it 🙏🏽
If sharing my journey helps even one person feel less alone, then it’s worth being vulnerable 🙌🏽
Take the chance. Chase the goal. Have the conversation. Ask for help. Keep moving forward 👊🏽 Love ya’ll Fit Fam 😌🙌🏽

Another Spartan in the books!🛡️A 2nd Place finish in the Open category 🔥 Should I go back to competing in the elite heats? 🤔
Big Shoutout to my Spartan Squad who also came out and crushed it 👏🏽 They are a huge part of my support system and I appreciate each and every one of them 🙏🏽
There’s something about competition that keeps my spirit alive. Pushing my limits, embracing the challenge, and finding out what I’m really made of every single time I go to compete.
This race was more than obstacles and miles. It was another reminder that God gave me abilities, discipline, resilience, and a purpose bigger than myself. I don’t take that lightly. Every climb, every carry, every moment of exhaustion is a chance to showcase the gifts He blessed me with.
Grateful for the strength, the mindset, and the opportunity to compete. The work continues 🤟🏽
What should I compete in next?
Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month 💪🏽
A reminder to every man carrying weight in silence:
you do not have to do this alone.
Take care of your mind the same way you take care of your body. Train. Move. Pray. Talk to people you trust. Lean on your support system. Strength isn’t pretending everything is okay, strength is having the courage to face what you’re feeling.
God, fitness, purpose, and good people around you can pull you through some of the darkest seasons of life.
Check on your brothers and speak life into your friends.
Be the reason there’s some positivity in this world. 🙌🏽
There is so much negativity and hate. So much selfishness and lack of empathy.
We are all in this world together to help each other. It’s not a race. We are all going through our own battles. But please choose to add something positive to the world.
Hope everybody is having a blessed Monday 🙏🏽 Love ya’ll Fit Fam 🫶🏽
