On Sunday, we celebrated Mike and Christi Bowers' leadership over the college ministry. For eight years, they have opened their home on Monday nights. They mentored and counseled many in our congregation with humility and joy.
Thank you for being an example of Christ's faithfulness.

Scott Martin is taking the reins from Mike and Christi. The college group now meets on Sunday mornings at 9 am in room 1011, and guys and girls meet separately on Monday and Tuesday nights for home Bible studies.

Our students took over the Children's Ministry yesterday for MISSION: POSSIBLE, leading kids through engaging challenges and Bible codes to teach that nothing is impossible with God.

We are grateful for the new life God continues to bring into our church! On Mother's Day, some of our families participated in a parent and child dedication. This dedication is a commitment from these families to glorify God by loving their children well and teaching the gospel in their home. Likewise, the church affirms its commitment to set a faithful example for these children.

How does studying the Bible help us know God's will for our lives?
Rather than searching for mystical, hidden messages, we should focus on what's obvious: God calls lost sinners to repent and become more like him, and through that, we flourish.
