It’s been a home run of a week at camp!

This week, campers explored new skills and experiences as special guests brought learning to life across campus. Our youngest campers were immersed in a musical medley of songs, rhythm, and rhyme that encouraged creativity, movement, and self-expression.

Meanwhile, our older campers stepped up to the plate with , learning baseball fundamentals while building confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Campers had a blast practicing their swings and taking aim at floating bubbles while cheering one another on.

From music and movement to baseball and bubbles, the week was filled with laughter, discovery, and opportunities to grow.

Our third early childhood camp session is under construction and filled with hands-on fun! From practicing with real tools and designing buildings to construction-themed art projects, our young builders are busy learning new skills, exploring big ideas, and cementing friendships along the way!

What does a first-place cheer team do over the summer?

They practice, perfect and perform.

From spirited rehearsals to special opportunities beyond campus, our cheer campers are spending the summer doing what they love with each week culminating in a performance that highlights their growth, teamwork and enthusiasm.

CDS Cheer Summer Camp

One fish, two ferrets, goats and bunnies too! 🐠🐐🐇

This session has been packed with colorful adventures! Campers have painted 3D fish and decorated inspirational lanterns, sharpened their soccer skills, enjoyed a special visit from .farm.experience’s petting zoo and so much more.

From cuddly bunnies and friendly goats to curious ferrets, fluffy sheep and even a ball python, there’s always something new to see around every corner of campus. Whether in the art studio, the gymnasium or during hands-on animal encounters, campers of all ages are staying active, engaged and excited for all that CDS Summer Camp has in store!

There’s no better way to wrap up a week at CDS Summer Camp than Water Day! From sprinklers and foam-filled adventures to giant inflatable slides and slip-and-slides, campers of all ages eagerly anticipate this favorite Friday tradition.

Bursting with energy, sunshine, and plenty of smiles, it’s the perfect finale to another incredible week on campus!

Learning, laughter, and adventure have filled the first days of Camp Panther! This week, campers immersed themselves in hands-on experiences, from creating erupting volcanoes and exploring chemical reactions to building teamwork, coordination, and school spirit in Cheer Camp through cheers, jumps, dance routines, and introductory stunts.

The excitement extended beyond campus as cheer campers enjoyed a high-energy trip to Sky Zone, while Camp Panther campers headed to Urfer Park for a day of exploration, outdoor play, and friendship-building.

Every Camp Panther experience is thoughtfully designed to inspire curiosity, encourage new experiences, and foster meaningful connections. It’s easy to see why CDS was recently named the Best Summer Camp as campers spend their days discovering new interests, developing new skills, and creating memories that will last long after summer ends.

Camp Panther’s adventures are officially underway! From exciting STEM challenges and hands-on scientific discoveries to sports and high-energy specialty camps like cheer, our campers have kicked off the summer season with creativity, teamwork, laughter, and nonstop fun. Every day and session is intentionally planned to spark curiosity, encourage creativity, build friendships, and create meaningful experiences for every camper.

Creativity was bursting from every corner during our first camp session, “Sunny Scribbles & Doodles,” as our little artists explored hands-on art experiences filled with painting, color mixing, creative designs, and plenty of joyful messes along the way. From discovering inventive painting techniques and mixing their very own paint to transforming simple lines into colorful masterpieces, campers embraced every opportunity to create, explore, and express themselves through art.

We’re ready to keep the excitement going with our next camp theme, “Animals, Bees, Butterflies & Bugs,” featuring nature-inspired art, fascinating insects, adorable animals, and plenty of outdoor creativity ahead!

Imagination is taking over our summer spaces as students step into exciting themed learning environments designed for hands-on play, creativity, and exploration.

One classroom has transformed into a bustling grocery store, complete with a produce section, a bakery, and a checkout counter. At the same time, another has become a transportation hub filled with trains, firetrucks, spaceships, and more! Around every corner, students are building stories, exploring new ideas, and discovering the world around them through interactive play and unforgettable adventures.

Sunshine, smiles, giggles, and endless excitement filled our Early Childhood Center as the first session of "Mini Menschy" Camp officially kicked off! From splashing into creative projects and exploring new classrooms to reuniting with old friends and making brand-new ones, our campers jumped right into the fun from the very first moment.

Whether they were creating, imagining, laughing, dancing, or discovering something new, every corner of campus was buzzing with pure camp magic. And this was only day one! We can already tell this is going to be a summer packed with unforgettable adventures, joyful memories, and so many special moments!
