🧬🧬🧬 One thing that continues to evolve in my coaching is how I view the golf swing.
For years, much of golf instruction has centered around positions and checkpoints (P1, P2… etc). While those can be useful, they’re only part of the picture.
Recent training with and has reinforced concepts such as fascia, tensegrity, tissue loading and unloading, pelvic motion, and the Spine Engine. These principles help explain how the body naturally creates speed, transfers force, and moves efficiently.
The more I study human movement, the more I see the golf swing as a dynamic athletic motion rather than a collection of static positions. Great players don’t simply move from one position to the next, they create, store, and release energy through the entire system.
When rhythm, sequencing, and movement quality improve, speed and consistency often become a byproduct.
