Join us for a morning of movement, connection and recovery with a 5K, a 1-hour yoga flow, and an invigorating ice bath experience.

Fuel your morning with Sol Sipsters, serving up coffee, matcha and all the good vibes. And we’re excited to welcome our special guest, SunBloom Sourdough, who will be doing an organic sourdough drop the week leading up to RFF, with fresh loaves also available for purchase in-house at the event while supplies last!

This event is truly for everyone.

🏃 Don’t run? Come for yoga.
🧘 Don’t do yoga? Join us for the 5K.
🙌 Not into either? No problem! Come cheer, connect with your tribe, sip coffee, browse the sourdough, take an ice bath, and enjoy the community.

Schedule:
• 8:00 AM – 5K begins (please arrive at least 15 minutes early)
• 9:00 AM – Yoga starts (bring your yoga mat)
• 10:00–11:00 AM – Ice bath, coffee, sourdough, and hang time (bring a towel and swimsuit if you plan to plunge)

Come move, recover, and spend your Sunday morning with your tribe. 🙏
