I've never been more proud of my wonderful wife Nancy. 6 months after her double total knee replacement she just hiked up to the lake Agnes tea house here in Banff National Park in Canada. She had it as a goal to hike to the tea house, she focused on it and she met her goal. It was a beautiful view and a nice lunch at the Tea House. Way to go Nancy!!!

Some of the most expensive coffee in the world is here. In this video we visit Panama City, Panama and take a tour of the locks and a tour of the city.
