OUR HOME: We are located in a beautiful, woodsy setting surrounded by nature. Our home is spacious, welcoming, and (generally) clean and organized. Dad fully works from home and mom works from home a few days a week. While we’ll be around during the day, we have dedicated offices and welcome letting the nanny lead the charge with caring for the baby. We prioritize a healthy lifestyle, and mom loves to make home-cooked meals and goodies. When the baby is ready to start solids, mom can prepare most meals in advance (although some days you may help make simple meals). We follow an evidence based approach to parenting and child development. We want to rely on gentle reminders, age-appropriate positive discipline, and proactive redirection rather than punitive measures.

OUR GOALS: We want our daughter to feel loved, engaged, and supported, especially during her critical first years of development. We hope to find a nanny who is mindful of the age appropriate milestones, engage her in meaningful sensory and outdoor play, and cultivate a routine that allows her to thrive.

FULL-TIME NANNY NEEDED IN BELLEVUE - ASAP START!

OUR FAMILY: We are a fun-loving family of four, with a 4-year-old boy and his baby brother, now almost 2! We love to be outside climbing and jumping, or spending time with friends. We value reading together and singing, and we love random dance parties! Our older boy loves explaining to us what his younger brother needs, and looks out for him all the time. Both boys are full of energy and fun and love playing all sorts of games and dancing to music. Magnatiles are a favorite for both boys. They love books and especially enjoy Snuggle Puppy, Personal Penguin, and other Sandra Boynton favorites. The oldest will start half-day preschool in the fall, while the youngest will remain at home full time.

OUR HOME: Our home is full of toys, games and books! Mom works from home and Dad goes into the office. We love to pop in occasionally during the day but fully respect that the nanny is in charge while parents are at work. We place a lot of value on feeding the boys healthy food (you do not need to cook, just prepare simple lunches) and we definitely prioritize naps!
