June is Pride Month, a time to honor, celebrate, and uplift the LGBTQ+ community while remembering the courage that shaped the fight for equality. Pride commemorates the 1969 Stonewall Riots in New York City, a pivotal moment that sparked a global movement for LGBTQ+ rights, and reminds us of the ongoing resilience, bravery, and determination of those who continue to stand for justice and inclusion.

Throughout June, cities around the world celebrate Pride with parades, festivals, and gatherings filled with joy, love, and solidarity. These events shine a light on LGBTQ+ voices, stories, and experiences while also raising awareness of the challenges many still face. Pride is both a celebration and a call to action, a space where everyone can show up as their authentic selves and be embraced for who they are.
