June 19th. USA vs. Australia.
Seattle is ready. So is the kitchen.
Ground beef from Don and Joe's Meats . Focaccia buns with a 12 to 18 hour pre-ferment. Scratch sriracha aioli. Salt, pepper, and nothing else getting in the way of the meat.
This is the pop-up for people who care as much about what's on the plate as what's on the screen.
Come find us at Atrium Kitchen. Pike Place Market. June 19th.

A long communal table tucked inside Pike Place Market.
People who came in as guests and leave like they've known each other for years is what we are all about! Chef Traci runs the kitchen right in front of you. The food is the centerpiece, but the community and hospitality are everything.
Book the space for a private dinner, a cooking class, a milestone, or a gathering that deserves more than a reservation.

Complex enough to sip slowly. Refreshing enough for a summer night at the Market.
I'm making them for the Welcoming the World Night Market at Pike Place Market on June 18th, 5 to 10 PM. If you haven't heard about this event yet, clear your Thursday.
60 local makers. 20 food vendors. 13 farmers. Live music curated by KEXP. Live art. Games. And the whole Market lit up and open late for one of Seattle's biggest kickoff celebrations of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
This is Pike Place doing what it does best: bringing the whole city together around good food, good people, and something worth showing up for.
Whether you're a Seattle local or you've just landed here for the games, this is the place to be that night.
We're bringing the bites and the drinks. Come find us.
Free to attend. June 18th. Pike Place Market.
Pike Place Market
The World Cup is coming to Seattle, and I'm already at the market planning the menu.
We're doing burgers with ground beef straight from Don & Joe's, right here at Pike Place. A fiery Diablo burger, bacon cheeseburger with Beecher’s flagship cheddar, and a salt & pepper burger built the way they should be. And a few Australian dishes that are going to earn their place alongside them.
Here's the thing about flavor: it starts long before you turn on the stove. It's in the sourcing, in knowing your vendors by name, in the decision to walk down to the market instead of ordering off a truck. That's not a small thing. That's the whole thing.
Come watch the games with us.
The food will be worth the trip.

A quiet honor to be included alongside the incredible women shaping Washington wine 🍷
Avesso Magazine sat down with Chef Traci to talk about cooking with her mom, opening Atrium Kitchen at Pike Place Market in 2017, and the heart behind Nourished Neighborhood, where they have served over 200,000 free meals to neighbors experiencing food insecurity, houselessness, and the senior community.
