We are looking forward to meeting our new students for the Discerning Leadership Course at the Seattle U Campus in June. Here is a sneak peak at the faculty and coaches that will be joining us this summer.

The CEIE Discerning Leadership Certificate is a values-based residential learning experience designed for leaders in religious, non-profit and philanthropic spheres. Participants will engage critically with today's challenges, learn from experienced faculty and one another, grow their leadership capacity, and lead with confidence in their unique context.

CEIE is very excited to share with you our brand new on-demand course: 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐁𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬: 𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲, a non traditional boundaries course for congregational leaders.

This self-paced course equips spiritual and religious leaders to navigate the thresholds of ministry today. Participants will explore the dynamic reality of faithful leadership today from the perspective of boundary thresholds or crossings that are required of ministers and lay leaders.

Through expert insights, reflective practice, and practical tools participants will develop a deeper understanding of the thresholds they are already crossing and learn best practices and tools for discernment and self-awareness that will guide further engagement in the new frontiers of congregational leadership today.
