We are incredibly proud to partner with the Snohomish School District to help support students beyond the traditional school year! Thanks to the generosity of our donors, sponsors, and community supporters, the Snohomish Education Foundation was able to provide $80,000 to support summer learning opportunities and student success initiatives across the district.

These funds will help support programs like Summer Academy, literacy programs, summer school opportunities, and other initiatives that ensure students continue to learn, grow, and thrive throughout the summer months.

The Snohomish Education Foundation, in partnership with foundry10, is proud to award over $40,000 in InnovateED funding to support 11 innovative projects across 10 schools throughout the Snohomish School District.

From STEM makerspaces and rocketry programs to adaptive cooking clubs, career development initiatives, language learning resources, and hands-on outdoor learning experiences, these projects represent the creativity, passion, and forward-thinking ideas of our educators.

This first grant cycle received 30 applications, demonstrating the incredible commitment of teachers and staff who are constantly looking for new ways to engage students, spark curiosity, and create meaningful learning experiences.

Congratulations to this year’s recipients. We can’t wait to see these innovative ideas come to life during the 2026–27 school year and to share their impact with our community.

Congratulations to the Glacier Peak High School Class of 2026 scholarship recipients! 🎓💚

This spring, we had the privilege of recognizing graduating seniors during Glacier Peak High School’s Senior Award Night and celebrating the exciting paths that lie ahead.

Whether students are pursuing college, technical training, apprenticeships, certification programs, or entering the workforce, scholarships help create opportunities and remove barriers as they take their next step.

These awards are made possible through the generosity of local donors, businesses, families, and community partners who believe in investing in the future of Snohomish students.

We love seeing classroom grant experiences that help students build empathy, understanding, and connection.
Recently, Totem Falls Elementary students participated in the IDEA Project, a hands-on learning experience designed to help students better understand how people with different abilities may experience the world around them.
Through interactive stations focused on communication, sensory experiences, vision, learning differences, fine motor skills, and information processing, students had the opportunity to step into someone else's shoes and gain a deeper appreciation for the importance of inclusion and compassion.

SEF is proud to have helped fund this experience through our Classroom Grants Program, which supports innovative learning opportunities across the Snohomish School District.
