Big day for smiles and maximum effort! You can't ask for more than that.

The MDL is a development league in the style of a classic gymnasium martial arts tournament. Rings are set out on mats and matches are held all day long. There are no winners or losers- everyone fights to improve and gain experience! It is a fantastic opportunity to try a fight in a safe, supportive environment.

Our team drives together, fights together, and then eats together!

Thanks to everyone that came out and made this MDL special. The next Connecticut MDL is supposedly July 11th, a Saturday! Let's plan to make it awesome.
