The last day of school is a little bittersweet this year. Today concludes a six year assignment for School Resource Officer Parrish.

After quite some time, SPD was able to bring back our SRO position, beginning with Parrish.

Affectionately known by many of our students as O.P.(Ofc Parrish), she wore many hats in these six years-police ofc, counselor, friend, chaperone, educator, mentor, role model, and liaison name just a few. Beyond her excellent work in L.E., we've watched her touch many lives throughout our school district.

We are grateful for the impact you've had in our community and look forward to your continued excellence back on the road.

Congratulations to all of our graduates, good luck on future endeavors, and may all of our students and staffs enjoy their summers!!!

Our May/June PBIS team Pistons students showed the most perseverance during the final months of school. This is a time of year full of spring sports, end of the year activities, field trips, etc., and they handled it all so well! They were responsible, respectful, and safe and we are proud to celebrate our Pistons of the Month.

Team Red Wings had so many outstanding students who received the MVP Stanley Cup Award for the months of April, May, and June! They were celebrated at their last PBIS party for their accomplishments. Way to go kiddos!
