💥This SAE Sunday, we are highlighting Dean Benson from Diamond Mountain FFA!

🌾Dean’s SAE has involved working on his family’s hay farm since he was 11 years old!

🐎Within FFA, Dean competes in multiple CDEs and LDEs including Novice Parliamentary Procedure, Horse Evaluation and Livestock Evaluation!

🙌Looking ahead, Dean plans to study mining engineering at the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colorado!

🙌Nevada FFA will be at the fair June 11–13 at the Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center and Nevada State Fairgrounds. We invite you to join us in celebrating agriculture, education, and the many opportunities showcased throughout the event!

💥This SAE Sunday, we are highlighting Kortnie Simper from Churchill County FFA!

🐑Kortnie has an Ownership/Entrepreneurship SAE project consisting of raising and selling market lambs!

💙She has been involved in FFA for 6 years, starting her FFA journey in middle school at Oasis Academy, Oasis FFA! She is now involved in the Churchill County FFA Chapter, where she competes in the Livestock Evaluation CDE!

⚽Beyond her FFA involvement, she has played varsity soccer and basketball for the past 3 years, as well as being a member of the National Honor Society!

🙌Looking ahead, Kortnie plans to attend a four-year college and major in kinesiology!
