Spirit Lake teen takes new set of wheels at Knudtsen giveaway The five graduating seniors each drew a key fob from the purple basket that determined their fate. “In one case, it’s going to unlock the door,” Knudtsen Chevolet Owner and President Eve Knudtsen said.

Yesterday marked an incredible milestone and the official beginning of something truly special for our entire community. The groundbreaking of the Timberlake Community Field House reflects years of vision, dedication, and partnership, and it’s only possible because of the people who believe in Timberlake High School and our students.

We want to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who attended the groundbreaking ceremony, and to all who continue to support this project. We are grateful for your encouragement, your investment, and your belief in what this facility will mean for our students, families, and community.

This project continues to move forward because of a community that shows up, gives back, and believes in something bigger than any one individual.

After working for three and a half years to close the funding gap to turn a dream into a reality for the Tigers, Principal Ryne Eberlin gathered families, community members, staff and private donors who made the multi-purpose athletic facility possible.

“It means the world to me and it’s going to mean the world to Athol and Bayview and Spirit Lake,” Eberlin said. “I’d like everybody to be a part of this history and celebrate with us.”

Timberlake High project offers year-round activity space If you build it, kids will play. That’s the spirit behind the new Timberlake High School Community Field House.

This year we did not qualify to offer SFSP at any other locations. This determination is based on census data.
