๐Ÿฃ A huge thank you to STCU for supporting education through their Classroom Grants program!

Thanks to this generous grant, Mrs. Owen's kindergarten class was able to purchase an egg incubator and brooder box, giving students a hands-on learning experience they will never forget. The kindergarteners eagerly observed the eggs each day and counted down the moments until hatch day.

On May the 4th, 16 out of 20 chicks successfully hatched, making for an exciting and memorable celebration! Several of the chicks received creative Star Wars-inspired names, including Chew-Bawk-Bawk and Princess Fi-Lea. However, the clear class favorite is Chicken Nugget! ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿ’›

This experience created priceless memories while helping students learn about life cycles, responsibility, and the wonders of science. Thank you, STCU, for investing in our students and making opportunities like this possible!

โ™ฅ๏ธMrs. Smith's 1st grade class put their kindness into action this year! After collecting pop tabs all school year long, they proudly delivered them to the Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Thanks to their hard work and dedication, the pop tabs weighed an amazing 22 POUNDS! After making their donation, the students were rewarded with a fun trip to explore Riverfront Park and enjoy time together celebrating their accomplishment.

We are so proud of our students for showing generosity, teamwork, and a commitment to helping families in need. Great job, Mrs. Smith's class! ๐Ÿ‘โœจ๏ธ

Big milestone alert! ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ

Today our preschool students enjoyed lunch in the cafeteria alongside the rest of our Browne Bears for the very first time this year! This exciting experience is one of the many ways we help our youngest learners prepare for kindergarten.

From carrying trays and making lunch choices to practicing cafeteria expectations and building independence, our preschoolers did an amazing job. We are so proud of the confidence, responsibility, and growth they have shown throughout the year.

Kindergarten, here they come! ๐Ÿปโค๏ธ๐ŸŽ“
