Klein High School is proud to announce Stephen Jones as our new Head Director of Bands! Mr. Jones brings a wealth of experience, a deep love for music education, and a heart for helping students grow as musicians and leaders.

Having already served Klein High as Associate Director of Bands, Mr. Jones knows the talent, tradition, and spirit that make our band program so special. We are thrilled to celebrate this next chapter and cannot wait to see the continued excellence, energy, and joy he will bring to our Bearkat musicians.

Mr. Tesoro brings nearly a decade of experience, a proven record of excellence, and a passion for helping student musicians grow. His ensembles have earned UIL Sweepstakes awards, first-division ratings, statewide recognition, and performances at prestigious venues including Jones Hall and the Texas State Capitol.

A Klein ISD Distinguished Educator, founder of the Klein Forest Mariachi Program, and active clinician, conductor, and adjudicator across Texas, Mr. Tesoro brings incredible experience and heart to the Bearkat family.

Please join us in giving Mr. Tesoro, his wife, and their two children a warm welcome to Klein High! 💙💛

All students must enter Klein High through the Rotunda and check in through security. The back cafeteria doors will not be open for entry. Please plan accordingly!
