We would like to remind everyone that construction on the entire building complex requires the cancellation of all classes on Saturday, June 13th. Please be aware that any vehicles parked at the complex on that day will be towed. We encourage all to enjoy the day off and show their support for our teammates competing in Grappling Industries.

This past weekend, our team showcased exceptional skill at the BFCC BJJ super fights. Two of our athletes faced competitors from a renowned gym and emerged victorious. We are proud of their accomplishments and grateful for the team's assistance in their preparation. We look forward to the next challenge.

In observance of Memorial Day, we would like to remind you that all classes are canceled tomorrow, Monday, May 25th. However, we will be hosting an open mat session from 12 to 2, which is open to everyone, allowing our students to continue training. We hope you have a safe and productive holiday weekend.

In observance of Memorial Day, and due to several students competing in Maryland, all classes will be canceled on Saturday, May 23rd. However, an adult open mat session will be available from 12:30 to 2:00 PM for those interested in training. Additionally, all classes will be closed on Monday, May 25th, but an open mat session will be offered from 12:00 to 2:00 PM for students wishing to train. Please have a safe weekend.

In light of the competition, we are canceling all classes for tomorrow, Saturday, May 9th. We are grateful for everyone's donations, which helped our gym raise over $1,500 for cancer-related charities.

I am thrilled to have competed in the first-ever Brave challenge, alongside my student Johnny Canamaso. By building upon the skills I have been developing with my students, I successfully advanced to the finals, where I narrowly lost to a world-ranked opponent. While securing second place in a highly competitive division is a notable achievement, I remain driven to improve and am committed to intensifying my efforts to achieve victory in the next competition.
