Steven Tremblay ’87/G’91, is a proud Western New England University alumnus, trustee, and former Golden Bear ice hockey player. On Tuesday, June 16, we will proudly honor him with the Michael A. Serafino Alumnus of the Year Award as he is recognized for a legacy defined by exceptional leadership, professional expertise, and a steadfast commitment to giving back. Steven began his career over 38 years ago and spent 24 of those years with EY as the Managing Director within the firm's Forensic and Integrity Services practice. Now, having retired last year, Steven is contributing his talents to RTX—the company where his professional journey began.
Steven’s generosity and dedication to supporting future generations of students underscore his enduring devotion to the University and its mission. We're proud to celebrate Steven's incredible contributions and lasting legacy.

Join us in celebrating Laura Sturgis Boulé ’01/ G’02, this year's Alumni Achievement Award recipient! With more than two decades of professional achievement and sustained service to WNE, we are proud to honor her at the Alumni Awards dinner on Tuesday, June 16. Graduating from WNE with a perfect 4.0 and as Valedictorian, Laura quickly found her calling in real estate management. Currently, Laura serves as vice president of Residential Asset & Property Management at Nordblom Company, overseeing multifamily assets and contributing to the development of new housing across Massachusetts.
Laura is a true representation of Golden Bear spirit through her enduring leadership and commitment to the WNE community. We're excited to celebrate her journey and achievements! 💛💙

We're proud to welcome Klaire Bielonko '17 back to campus on Tuesday, June 16, for the Alumni Awards Dinner as we honor her with this year's Young Alumni Outstanding Achievement Award. Klaire demonstrates the spirit of this award through her sustained professional leadership, service to society, and ongoing commitment to WNE's mission. From graduating Summa Cum Laude to obtaining her MS in Data Science and becoming a new member of the Business Advisory Board, she is setting the example for future and current Golden Bears. Klaire currently serves as the senior manager of AI operations at RTX-Collins Aerospace and continuously leads with integrity and purpose.
👏Congratulations, Klaire! You make the entire WNE community proud, and we look forward to celebrating your remarkable achievements. 💙💛

Last Friday more than 130 Western New England University alumni and friends gathered at the Country Club of Wilbraham, for the 57th Annual Alumni Golf Tournament—celebrating community and connection, while supporting future Golden Bears. ☀️⛳
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our sponsors and participants, this year's tournament raised more than $25,000 for the Alumni Association Golf Tournament Endowed Scholarship, which supports students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, and community involvement. 💛💙

✨ Meet our May : Jamie Reardon✨
Jamie earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Western New England University in 1995 and his Master’s Degree from Westfield State University in 2000.
Since beginning his career in public service with the Hampshire Sheriff’s Office, Jamie has spent more than 25 years serving the community through the Amherst Police Department in numerous leadership and investigative roles.
Jamie credits WNE for helping him grow personally and professionally through academics, leadership opportunities, and his time as co-captain of the WNE men’s lacrosse team — and for introducing him to his wife, Beth, with whom he shares two children. 👏
