An Associate of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet (CSJA) and trusted leader in the Church and wider community, she has guided several parishes, including St. Matthew the Apostle, St. Vincent de Paul, and St. Pius V and served on the Catholic Charities Board.

A CGS catechist and teacher of all grade levels, she also works in youth and young adult ministry and vocations for the Diocese of Waterford and Lismore.

Fr. Toby Collins serves as pastor of St. Mary Our Lady of the Seven Sorrows Parish in Kitchener, Ontario, where he launched Tiny Home Takeout, an outreach providing food and shelter to those in need. A former Vocation Director and past Vice Chair of the National Religious Vocation Conference, he received a King Charles III Coronation Medal for his leadership and service to the community.
