Sunday was a full day. Busy from start to finish, ended it playing basketball, and woke up with my entire lower body sore.
But soreness was not an excuse.
I still showed up for the 8 AM session, trained legs, pushed through the work, and made sure I finished with stretching and recovery.
That is the difference between motivation and discipline.
Motivation comes and goes. Discipline shows up when your body is tired, your schedule is full, and your goals still require action.
Do not wait until you feel like it.
Show up because the goal still matters.
Discipline over motivation. Every time.
