Experience a mesmerizing blend of movement, music, and starlight in this unforgettable slow flow vinyasa class held inside the Wagner College Planetarium. While gentle music fills the dome creating an immersive soundscape, youโll move intentionally through a series of flowing postures, guided by the rhythm of breath and music beneath a breathtaking display of stars, constellations, and swirling nebulas.
Open to all levels ages 16 and up, this class offers a unique opportunity to experience yoga not just as movement, but as cosmic meditation: a journey across breath, space, and sound. Step into the stars, roll out your mat, and discover how the universe moves through you.
Led by Shelby Caffrey, E-RYT 500, Tier 3 Baptiste Yoga Influencer, certified Yin & Restorative instructor, and Yoga Therapist, this practice invites you to slow down, tune in, and explore the edge between effort and surrender. The planetariumโs celestial panorama creates a sensory tapestry around your yoga flow that is expansive, hypnotic, and deeply transporting โ mirroring the themes of presence, introspection, and transformation woven through the music.
