We're Hiring a Director of Compliance & Quality Assurance. Candidate should have either: A) strong school administration background (Principal or AP), and/or B) a background in audit or compliance. Experience working in urban and at-risk school districts is a plus. This role is fully remote, but candidate must be willing to travel up to 50%. Candidate must be self-motivated, organized, possess strong executive presence, and strong written/verbal communication. Full compensation & benefits package commensurate with certifications, experience/educational level. Role reports directly to Chief Exec. Director, & Board. To ensure more students can access piano lessons, our district is offering scholarships and keyboards for those interested in joining The K-Piano Afterschool Club. Students can log in from home for up to 2 live 60-minute piano classes each week.
