NAMI San Joaquin County is a non-profit grassroots organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by mental illness. We share experiences, resources, knowledge and advocate to promote a greater understanding of mental illness throughout our community.

Which NAMI class is right for you?

Whether you’re navigating your own mental health journey or supporting a loved one living with a mental health condition, NAMI has a class designed for you.

• NAMI Peer-to-Peer (P2P) is a free educational program for adults living with mental health conditions who want to learn more about recovery, build coping skills, and connect with others who understand.

• NAMI Family-to-Family (F2F) is a free educational program for family members, partners, and friends of individuals living with mental health conditions. Gain valuable knowledge, communication strategies, and tools to support your loved one while also caring for yourself.

Both classes are led by trained individuals with lived experience and provide a safe, supportive space to learn, connect, and grow.
