The AOD Tribe keeps growing and we’re excited to bring in another coach who truly embodies the outdoor, active lifestyle we love. Ari brings incredible energy, athletic experience, and a passion for movement that fits perfectly with our community. Everyone give Ari a warm welcome! She will be a new coach for the AOD Tribe.

“I started playing tennis young (around the age of 6) and competed throughout my junior years. I played Division 1 college tennis at Samford University for all 4 years, and once that chapter closed I gravitated toward surfing. Surfing has now become my favorite sport and alternative way to work out. When there aren’t waves, I love programming workouts (for my friends/family and me), taking long walks, Pilates, or hitting the gym. I’ve always prioritized health and fitness, and I’m passionate about moving my body and helping others see the joy in it.”

Stoked to finally announce our new AOD Coach 👏🌴🌞

Many of you might already know Karen from coming to the jungle gym, but what you may not know is that she taught outdoor fitness classes for four years! I’m pumped to get her back into coaching and can’t wait to see her lead our AOD Tribe! 💪

Karen is born and raised in Martin County. She grew up on swim team and playing travel volleyball where she learned to love athletics. Now she lives in Jensen Beach with her husband, two daughters, dog and cat. She loves the ocean and being outdoors in nature. She began leading outdoor fitness classes in 2020 and enjoyed creating an incredible community for 4 years. Living an outdoor lifestyle brought her to AOD in August 2024 and she loves the energy of such an amazing community. Coaching at AOD is an exciting opportunity that she looks forward to!
