We had such a FUN time celebrating the end of an incredible school year! 💦☀️

It was all about splash games, laughter, and making unforgettable memories with friends. We are so grateful for the joy, growth, and love that filled our classrooms this year.🌴

Ms. Rosie’s class had a sweet time learning about bees! 🐝💛

To go along with their lesson, the kiddos made their own honey slime... mixing, stretching, and exploring textures while learning how bees help create honey. It was hands-on learning at its sticky, silly best!

Ms. Diana’s class explored healthy foods in a creative way by painting with real vegetables. From stamps to prints, the kiddos discovered textures, shapes, and colors while learning all about the importance of veggies.

Did you know Georgia’s new kindergarten law now gives parents the right to choose whether their 6-year-old begins in Kindergarten or 1st Grade? Families now have greater flexibility to make the best developmental decision for their child — especially for children with summer birthdays, emotional readiness concerns, or those who may benefit from an extra year to grow and thrive before first grade.

Here at Shadowbrook Weekday School, our Half-Day Private Kindergarten program provides a nurturing, encouraging environment where children can build confidence, maturity, friendships, and a strong academic foundation. ❤️

Following their year in Kindergarten at Shadowbrook, families can then choose whether their child is ready to move on to 1st grade or enroll in a full-day Kindergarten program for an additional year of growth and readiness before “big school.”
