Mrs. Morales giving us a full circle moment today! π°β¨
She reminded us of that one time she took this current class to the LA Medieval Times location, and now here we are, continuing the adventure, making new memories, and celebrating how far our scholars have come.
From local field trips to unforgettable travel experiences, these are the moments that remind us why student travel matters. The laughter, the learning, the memories, and the joy all become part of their story.
Once a scholar adventure, always a scholar adventure. ππ¬

Our PUC Schools scholars visited Mount Vernon, the historic home of George Washington, our nationβs first president.
Standing on these grounds gave our students the opportunity to connect with the early chapters of American history and better understand the life, leadership, and legacy of the person who helped shape the presidency of the United States.
From the beautiful estate to the preserved buildings and wide open views, Mount Vernon gave our scholars another powerful moment to see history in person and reflect on how the decisions of the past continue to shape our country today. πΊπΈβ¨

Our PUC Schools scholars stepped into the historic seaport town of Alexandria, Virginia for a ghost tour through narrow streets, hidden alleys, brick walkways, and cobblestone roads that still give you a glimpse of what this town may have looked and felt like generations ago.
As we walked through the small roads and tucked away corners, students experienced how history can come alive through the places that have been preserved, the stories that are passed down, and the details that still remain beneath our feet.
And just to clarify, Taco Bell was not part of the ghost tour. It was simply our safe meeting spot where the bus picked us up, because buses cannot drive through Alexandriaβs small historic streets and alleys.
A little spooky, a lot of learning, and another unforgettable night on our East Coast Scholar Trip. π»β¨

Today our PUC Schools scholars stood before the Marine Corps War Memorial and experienced a powerful reminder that history lives beyond the pages of a textbook.
Moments like this give our students the opportunity to pause, reflect, and better understand service, sacrifice, courage, and the responsibility we all share to honor those who came before us.
This is why student travel matters. It opens eyes, builds perspective, and helps our scholars see the world with a deeper sense of gratitude and purpose. πΊπΈπ
