1976: Sylvania High School becomes Sylvania Northview High School
It will be a great opportunity to reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate our shared history. This event brings together current and former students, families, staff, and our entire community as we celebrate the last five decades at Sylvania Schools.

The 1976 time capsule will be unveiled on July 4th!

Ohio, the Buckeye State, has long been synonymous with aviation achievement and American ingenuity. From the Wright Brothers to astronauts John Glenn and Neil Armstrong, to flight director Eugene Kranz, our state has pushed the boundaries of exploration, from first flight to journeys among the stars. It is inspiring to see a new generation of Northwest Ohioans, like aerospace engineer Anthony Ellis II, carry that legacy forward on missions such as Artemis II, launching into space today.
