We went to the largest all weekend fully indoor bluegrass music festival...Wintergrass 2024

Elite Massage Professionals provided their services today at Rainier to Ruston Relay in Tacoma.

We also had two Elite Massage School students provide services as an externship for clinical hours.

It was a slow start, but it was a fun finish!

The two EMS students did well for their first Sports Massage Event with lots of praise and complements and a possible future booking after graduation.

Hey everyone due to an injury from someone on the original team I have a much needed replacement for Winter grass 4 day event in Bellevue for Thursday February 24th at 3 PM to Sunday February 27th until about 3 PM.

We will be working the following schedule:

Thursday 3 PM to 9 PM
Friday. 9 AM to 9 PM
Saturday. 9 AM to 9 PM
Sunday 9 AM to 3 PM

We will be working at the Bellevue Hyatt Regency and we have a hotel room at the Bellevue Hilton Gardens Inn (two blocks away which has a hot tub and pool open from 5 AM to 11 PM so soak your muscles before and after work if you want).

The split is 65% of all proceeds split evenly among the 4 therapists working.
100% of all tips split evenly among the 4 therapists working. Setup is a 3 massage table rotation among 4 therapists.

The hotel cost is $126.24 each for all 3 nights (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) double queen beds.

We will be saving $30 a day for parking by parking Free at the event parking garage we are working at which is Free for the weekend.

There is a QFC across the street and plenty of restaurants (Bellevue Square). We will have an Ice Chest for storing food during the day.

There is a requirement of mask wearing and vaccination proof within the festival area (which by our license requirements shouldn't be a problem).

Please let me know if you can do this event. Prefer 1 person for the entire event as there is already Covid restrictions this year limiting people and staff per a booth.

It was fun providing Sports Massages outside today at Battleground MMA / Black Belt USA in Lakewood for the Stephan Bonnar Seminar.

Healing does not discriminate and neither does this practice.

As a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner Plus (CKTP+), I created this video to help someone support their knee and reduce some knee pain.

I know people have been and will continue to become more active and might experience some knee pain. Although I do not have everyone's health history, this is a general taping that anyone can do if they have their own roll of Kinesio-Tape.

I usually charge $10 that includes a consultation and taping if done at the office or video if done online. The $10 pays for time, recording, and cost of tape.
