Homeschooling The Next Generation

Today our third child, King Tut, graduated from both homeschool and college at just 18 years old….and this proud mama’s heart is overflowing. ❤️🎓

As a homeschool mom, there were moments of doubt, sacrifice, long nights, and questions from others about whether we were making the “right” choice. But today is proof that homeschooling can create space for excellence, purpose, flexibility, and opportunity.

Tut was blessed to play high school soccer in our district, despite never attending a single class on campus, and this year his team went on to win the state championship! ⚽🏆 What an incredible journey to witness.

Homeschooling did not limit him… it empowered him. It allowed him to pursue academics, athletics, leadership, and personal growth in a way that worked for him.

To every homeschool parent wondering if your hard work matters: KEEP GOING. Your sacrifices are planting seeds you may not fully see yet. There is no one-size-fits-all path to success, and our children can thrive beyond traditional expectations.

Today Ankha had an amazing day exploring both the Children’s Museum and the Tampa Museum of Art!

From hands-on activities that sparked creativity to discovering beautiful artwork, it was a day full of learning, imagination, and fun. Experiences like these help children explore the world around them, ask questions, and grow their love for learning. So grateful for a day filled with curiosity, culture, and smiles! ♥️
